Food has inspired me throughout my life and remains at the center of my universe. Food excites me for numerous reasons – it allows me to express my creativity, explore and experience other cultures besides India & Nepal, and it challenges me to balance the complex flavors inherent in Indian cuisine. I am always amazed when all the ingredients create a perfect confluence of chemistry in a new dish. Food has allowed me to bridge my childhood in India and life in the USA. I constantly strive for success and derive inspiration when guests enjoy their dining experience
Our sous chef, has been an integral part of the team for almost 15 years and is the leader of a highly motivated kitchen team. He shares my passion for food, which was ignited as a young boy in Nepal in his mother’s kitchen. Since moving to Houston, he has honed his culinary skills in our invigorating kitchen environment and is driven to presenting flavorful dishes.
